      It would be ineffective and grow a tonne of algae. This is good for terrestrial plants only tbh.

      Honestly just getting a bracket and mounting a bunch of flood lights (6500k colour) works brilliant and is very cheap.

      Can be used as a macro algae refugium light… But I would not use this for a main display light.

      Refugium only and really overkill for that. Doubt it would last long with the environment in the cabinet and would be too bright so would leak light so algae issues in other parts of the sump likely.

    OK, there is voltage missing: how many volts and forget the stated wattage: how many amps does the light draw etc. Huge dearth of info for the "serious" farmer.

      sorry, i have no clue, but for serious farmers have the need to set up hydroponic, they need to study electronic to become an electrician first or do the research themselves….
