He means you need to use the provided USB dongle, can't just connect via in-built laptop/pc Bluetooth.
Think he means that its a separate USB dongle rather than working off a standard Bluetooth 2.4ghz receiver? Not sure though!

As others have stated, they are apparently notorious for pricing errors and listing things in stock when there is none, I can't personally say whether that is true or not as I have never dealt with them.
It shows up in stock and ready to ship on your website - must be an error on there as well.

Can anyone with the headset confirm is there's decent sidetone (can hear your own voice in the speakers through the microphone)?
I've been wanting to change from the Logitech G933 as the sidetone is really soft and I find myself shouting which I really don't like. I'm after a wireless headset that is open back (doesn't seem to exist), or has good side tone like the older Logitech G930, so that I can hear my surroundings and voice.
Another huge plus would be made from materials that didn't creak and groan with minor headmovements, which both the G930 and G933 headsets suffered from.
Sold by Zotim, enough said. Notorious for pricing errors and listing items in stock when they are not. Have been caught out multiple times. Timely refunds though.

From my experience with Catch, they usually either refund you or send some other headset and if you ask for assistance they will ask you to deal with the seller itself if it's from marketplace 🤷🏽
