Rather than try products like this which make vague claims of “clinically studied”, “shown to help” or other wishy washy statements, … you are better off getting a proper nights sleep if you want improved focus and memory. A cup of coffee would be another cheaper alternative. Otherwise you are looking at prescription medications for off label use which is not recommended.

Given the deceptive nature and price of this product it warrants a neg imo.

I have never used the product but there is a double blind placebo controlled trial that does positive effects, so I don't think your cashier chain statement is completely true

Just read that study, it's a terrible RCT. Wouldn't pay any attention to it.

      • Not all RCTs are equal.

Firstly I doubt a sample space of 63 of a select age group would yield statistically significant results if the improvements are small. No data was published in that abstract let alone any indicator of significance.

Secondly you have to correlate any improvement to real world benefits otherwise what’s the point. How does he compare with coffee, improved sleep, exercise, healthy diet etc

Thirdly, who paid for the study? is it really independent?

As someone who has done research and published, it’s not difficult to make data have more significance than it deserves, or omitting negative results. It’s actually a major issue in the research world, there is an interesting Ted talk buy Ben Goldacre about it.

    • I swear buy a BEX and a lie-down
