Coconut one is my fave. Tx op

Same - it's awesome with sausages, roasted cauliflower bits, and rice. Sounds weird, but works!

      • I'd also "+1" the roasted cauliflower bits recommendation with the curry sauce. Works really nicely together.

  • Time to stock up, these are great! Our kids love them too.

  • bugger! just finished my weekly shop & my local only had 3 flavours marked down….

Sweet and sour is amazing but only Coles stock it.

  • FJS. You can do better champions!

    • Technically it would be FPS. but yep good call.

Are any flavours without flavour enhancer MSG ?

    • +3

Are you asking because you're scared of MSG?

  • Whatever happened to mama making KanTong?

    • doesnt take long….

KanTong: when bogans think they are being adventurous and eating "Asian" food…..
Seriously, KanTong is so bad that if I was Asian I would be offended by it.

        • +2

But why? As an Asian (Chinese if you want to get specific), I think any exposure to a different culture's cuisine is good - regardless of how "authentic" it is. It will most likely lead to future endeavours of eating the more genuine stuff.

          • @Munki: I see your point, but I was thinking it might have the opposite effect, that is, put people off Asian food because they think all Asian food must be like Kantong. Anyway, I was sort of joking but I guess humour does not always come across as intended…..

@billy_bob: Just for the record, I didn't downvote you. Someone must've just been triggered.

I did sort of get the hint of sarcasm there, but just erred on the side of caution with a more serious response.

And for the record, KanTong is absolute rubbish.

    • KANTONG WOKSTAR

  • Thx for 10 packs lol mixed !

  • For the Coeliacs out there - none of the flavours are Gluten Free unfortunately.

Be easy to do but not priority by the manufacturer sadly.

  • I have noticed that Colesworth don't seem to stock as much in the range as what there used to be on their shelves. Here is a complete selection, which might inspire me to a trip to the Asian Grocers (as well as Dumplings).
