  • Last time when this deal was with free $30 Vodafone sim, i ordered. I got the telstra sim, but the Vodafone sim never came

    • Mine Vodafone sim came in the same package as the boost sim. Did you contact them to let them know?

    • +1

Can you DM me your order number so I can look into it?

    • Did you contact them? If you didn't… why didn't you?

  • +2

    New customers only :(

  • +1

Any idea how long you have to port out of boost before porting back in to be a "new" customer?

    • I'd like to know this too.

    • +1

Some people did it instantaneously i.e. port from Boost to Optus and then back, and was all good to be activated as a new customer. But to be safe, wait at least 1-2 days, to avoid any issues.

    • Last time I ported out/in it was within a couple of hours, but that was almost 12 months ago

  • Did anyone get a "payment gateway not available, please try again" error when trying to pay with Paypal?

EDIT: Even paying with Mastercard doesn't appear to work either.

  • +1

Already with boost, waiting for a deal I can use without having to port out then back in. Had issues porting in to boost last time, the chat agent must have made a typo and I was without a number for over a week. Don’t trust them to do the port of the website isn’t working

  • Is it activate before Jan 22 or March 1st? I'm seeing both

    • Expire date is Jan 22 but you get bonus data if activated at early date. 88gb bonus end on 1 Mar and 65gb end on 29 Mar.

      • Why do they have to make this so complicated lol.
And does it mean if I active after 29/3 I only have 30g for the year?

        • could be but I am sure Boost will have another round of "bonus" data promo after 29/3.

In my view, the $150 12 months plan are still the best at the moment if you can get them. Many people get bonus data message two weeks before their renewal data make it 140GB or 120GB data.

  • If porting from Telstra why do you have to get them to send you a blank sim?

    • +1

Because boost is in Telstra’s system so to switch between the two they need to manually switch you over with the blank sim method.

  • Looking for Telstra recharge longterm plans…. Not sure this works if switch from telstra prepaid….

  • Ordered. Thanks OP.

I swear I got this exact same deal 1 year ago for $135. Has the price dropped to $135 recently or hovering around $160?

    • +1

renewed for $150 and 120 gig . Think price is gone up

      • +1

Where did you find that? I see $150 and 80gb on Boost site

      • Yeahe this is the one. It used to be $150 for 120gb - I got it on a deal for $135. This is essentially the same deal for $25 more. Shame. Wonder if there is anything better if anyone knows?

        • I think 120gb for the $150 was a promotional offer where you get an extra 40gb if you activated by a certain date.

  • thanks OP… I'm kinda getting sick of porting each month…

  • Seems like Boost amended some of the countries for their intl inclusions. Finally a country I really wanted to be a part of the intl bundle was added to the offer! Yay!

  • Does anyone know if this has the option of ESIM?

  • What options exist for porting out as cheaply as possible? Does ALDI Mobile still let you fully activate without having to buy more than the $2 SIM?
    - EDIT- Looks like Aldi are using Telstra now as well, so I guess using their sim to port out/in wouldn't work

  • +1

good deal thanks OP just recommended

  • Thanks OP! Just ordered; perfect timing.
Moving off Kogan expiring end of Feb.
Had Kogan have had as good a deal probably would have stayed, I've been a fan of the gods network for the past 2 years.

Has anyone had their above order shipped yet? Purchase confirmation states same day shipping for orders placed before 2pm, yet after ordering several days ago, still no shipping notification. Are these guys a legit company?

    • I purchased on the 7th and still waiting.

The $300 one I purchased on eBay the next day I’ve already received.

  • If i port in my number tomorrow, will i still get 88Gb bonus data?

    Thanks
