First time post. Found a free Kogan voucher on my promotional page of my emails. Could be targeted. Can be used on anything on Kogan.com

One example is the 365 day flex 100gb pre-paid sim which would be $125

$10 is not worth my time for the trouble of returning their crappy products that break or don't work properly.
And then there is the Spam!
Not going near Kogan ever again.

    • +10

Oh the spam! I have to unsubscribe to their mailing list like 5 times each time I buy from them. 😤

      • After the fine there is no more spam. I hardly receive any emails

Set a rule in your email to forward emails to a directory called whatever you want - e.g. Kogan, Bogan, Logan, etc.

I recently returned a vacuum, and let me tell you, it was the biggest time consuming pain in the world, never again for larger purchases. Although no problem with little things here and there that I may need.

I was having issues with the battery life of the refurbished iPhone I bought from Kogan, and I got no where with their customer support.
Then I sent a polite email to the CEO (I found his email online) and then my complaint was escalated and they covered the cost of getting the battery replaced.
Whilst I can’t say it was a pleasant experience (or that I have ever had a positive experience with Kogan), at least I managed to get somewhere.

      Agree. Kogan never again.

      Dodgy inc.

Compare this to the similar emails from Catch that are $15 off a $60 purchase.

Btw, Kogan uses Vodafone and their plans aren't even that good.

Then you have to deal with the godawful company and non existent customer service. All to save $10 on prices they've likely prejacked? No thanks.

Where do you find this code, I'm about to recharge my prepaid.
You mention on email, can you share the code so I can try.

    • There's no code. It was just a promotional email with link.

      • So check with your promotions tab in emails

        • Under subscriptions & alerts on my account I have these ticked.
          Is that what you mean?

    • I got this email and promotion. Mine was for being inactive. It said something like “We miss you” or “We’ve noticed you’ve been inactive”

      Found it

      $10 Haven't seen you in a while
Applicable only on orders above $100.00.
      Credit expires 13 February 2021 11:59 PM

  • Might be targeted as I don't have the email.

  • So, you have to be subscribed to their e-mails?

  • Does anyone know if purchasing iphones through Kogan is ok.

    • It isn’t. I purchased a refurbished iPhone 8 from them. It was full of dings and scratches and had awful battery life. I certainly wouldn’t do it again.

      • Oh really! I was thinking of getting a refurbish iphone 12 Pro. Maybe not now. Thanks.

  • I got one for 20 dollars of a 50 spend. Having trouble finding something worthwhile..

  • Their smarter home stuff is ok. Beats waiting for shipping from aliex. Just use the tuya app, not the awful kogan one.
