      I doubt they'd list on ebay store due to ebay listing fees. Although they could raise the price to offset that, but then you'll lose the benefit of any ebay discount.

          It was sitting at pre-transit stage in a Sydney warehouse from mid December.

          Sent an email to Aramex on the 21st Jan. They never responded but miraculously the tracking page moved to "in transit" and now I finally have it. :)

          Perhaps contact Aramex. They seem incompetent at doing the one thing they are supposed to do.

      i would have rather settled with V10 or V11. At least they had better quality control and more mature product. My T20 head is dead and required resoldering. Not sure when the replacement will arrive. Maybe 2022.

            @Gearbite: Hi product rep, just wanted to check on this. I saw you mentioned that this not straight forward because the pins changed recently, is that correct? BTW I know that V10's carpet head doesn't fit on mine cause i tried and the pins are little bit further apart.

            Just a suggestion, As you can see lot of people are interested in this maybe you can update your post and add the info for v11 carpet head there.

                  @PreSsieGuY: You're right, super confusing! I made the same mistake last night and bought the $279.99 half asleep, woke up this morning and realised my potential error that it was the carpet head and not the soft roller.

                  In fear of the deal being sold out before I got an answer I risked it and bought the combo, messaged Gearbite and they refunded the original $279.99 purchase. It's been a rollercoaster of confusion but Gearbite were incredibly fast to put through the refund. I should have just bought the V11 and added the carpet attachment later as I don't need it right now.

    I watched the youtube video, it appears V11 soft roller can still be used on the carpets? I assume carpet head is specialised for carpets? Does anyone know?
