Looking for a budget phone with good battery life and came across this recent deal at Coles: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/600540 (Thanks @samsal46!)

    Yes, these prepaid phones are generally locked to the provider, though in the case of Telstra do work with other SIM cards like Boost, too, and possibly ALDImobile etc.

    "Telstra pre-paid mobile devices: Only work with a Telstra SIM card. Unlocking fee applies for use with a non-Telstra SIM card."

      Telstra Lite doesn't work with Aldi Mobile, I just tried it. Just ended up using the sim it came with (which has higher pay as you go rates).
