Ok i know this reads like a bit of a comp but i've just successfully redeemed and can confirm that you will definitely at least get a $5 gift card pending validation.

What happens is you buy any one of the 2 styles (green or red Tomato) of Mutti stir-through sauces 280g available at either Coles or Woollies, fill in the form and upload the receipt, and you will get a new screen to spin a wheel with the $5, $10, $50, or $100 options (I got $5 on the two times I did for the 2 receipts I had today). It will then say congratulations, etc and it will take up to 2 days to validate. You will get a e-gift card for the chain you purchased from, however I recommend to buy them at Coles as they are currently half price at $2.25 edit: our good friend doweyy has pointed out that it's now Woolworth's turn for half price this week, so it's kind of like getting free sauce and making $2.75 profit.

You can redeem once per transaction up to 4 times for a household, and can purchase until 28 Feb but claims run until 7 March.

        • Separate transactions/receipts shall be treated as two entries. You should get 2 gift cards.

          • @apple0604: Yeah I'll contact them if nothing comes through. I also got red and green to try both so the receipts are different

            • @Paul B: I got 3 out of 4 gift cards. Contacted them about the 4th and they said there's a backlog. Meant to come within 2 days. It's been 2 days and still nothing.

      My guess is that there are more claims than anticipated hence delay. I certainly hope so otherwise what would I tell my neighbour.

    Woohoo had an extra batch of four and put them through today and scored the $100 on my second last spin - so there are still good prizes left.

  • Submitted 4x entry 23/02, got gift cards for the $5 ones but no gift card yet for the $100. Tried emailing support but no response so far. Has anyone else had to wait this long?

      Probably have to wait longer.

      Validation of each claim to confirm they comply with the Terms and Conditions will be completed within 2 business days from the time of Entry.

      I guess you can't complain for getting free money, but they're not abiding by their T&Cs

      • I only received the $5 ones this morning, I had 1 $10 - that one hasn't been approved/sent.

        • I think they do the $5 ones separately from the others. I got my three $5 ones but still waiting on my $100

      My partner got reply like this its been a 10 days already….“ There has been a large number of entries received, I can confirm your entry has been approved and you will receive your prize within 2-5 business days to your nominated email.

      • I got the same reply last monday. I sent a follow up email today and promptly received my $50 Woolies gift card (they had already sent the first 3 that I won).

    Their website has crashed. Has anyone successfully submitted a claim today?

  • Has anyone submitted the claim today. I have tried to email them but no response. Their website is crashed and not sure how to contact them considering today is the last day. As per T&C it says till 11:59pm AEST 7th March 2021. Do the support team respond quickly?

    • I received an email from Support with a link to submit the claim and spin the wheel. This was after I emailed them when the website crashed on Sunday.

    One of my entries failed and when I tried again it said I'd used up all 4 entries, boo.

    Can't complain as I won $100 on the first one and $5/$10 on others.

    Does anyone have 2 spare receipts which you couldn’t claim, mutti support is asking for 2 receipts which I had uploaded 2 weeks ago. They are asking for receipts again ☹️

    BTW Are these Woolies cards ONLY for use at WW or are they OK at Big W etc too?

      They come up as "Woolworths Store eGift Card" in the Woolworths Money app.

      • That sounds like limited to Woolies only
