      ASUS PCE-AC88 = Wi-Fi 5.

      ASUS PCE-AX3000 & ASUS PCE-AX58BT = Wi-Fi 6.

        Thx.
Seems better value to be had elsewhere.

I'm glad I have WiFi 6 built into my Asus motherboard.

    Get Wifi 6E for 69$

    OKN WiFi 6E

  • Wouldn't POE adapter will be better than WIFI? Well unless your house is very old

    • I tried it at my house.

Woeful, was quite slow (link rate hovered around 30-50Mbps) and (most annoyingly) dropped out randomly and had to try pairing a dozen times before I could get it to work again. This was after I unplugged almost every non-essential appliance from the wall.

Got an inexpensive Wi-Fi adapter which supported 5GHz instead, excellent speeds and I've never had a drop out. I'd only ever tried 2.4GHz wireless at my home before and that was annoyingly slow (due to congestion from nearby apartments).

    • In the old days yes but not anymore. Wifi 5/6 even at low range will be a lot more reliable and faster.

    • POE or EOP adapter?
