Worst place for service EVER. You place your order online, pay with CC but it will not come out of your account for up to 2 weeks, sometimes much longer! One time I bought a whole stack of shoes on sale at $20 a pair. 3 pairs were out of stock but what they did was 2 months later (YES seriously 2 months later) when back in stock decided to charge my cc and then post them to me, individually within days apart! I did not have the funds and was hit $36 odraw fee by the bank for each charge. 2 things wrong there, they quote they do NOT keep your credit card information on file which is a LIE and is ILLEGAL and the other thing is they never contacted me to say they would be sending them on and charging me. When I called they claimed to have attempted to contact me but never received a reply, and I was furious and said so OMG you just go on and charge and send? Geezus - let this be a warning to you when dealing with Rivers!
If they did keep your credit card on file then complain to the ACCC. The owner of Rivers is facing court in January for raping an employee or something so let that be a lesson about the scruples of these guys. Seriously bad and probably going broke fast. I think all their crappy ads are a last ditch attempt to get more sales of their rubbish. Love from Sacha.

No one has been charged with rape….
This is pretty normal. If something is back ordered or out of stock the store won't charge your cc until your item ships. Generally speaking this is so that you can cancel your order within this time and you won't need to wait for a refund. Not contacting you is terrible customer service but since when was storing cc details illegal?
Is this Aus or US as both prices on it.
