    Hi
Just want to know what could you do for my case. I just bought a 980 pro from BPC two days ago (11/02) with $275, but now it is $265. I didn’t unpack the product so should I return it then buy again for the new price, or you can simply refund me the difference? Many many thanks.

    • +1

Option 1: 'return it then buy again for the new price'. They do accept returns with a minimum 15% restocking fee so this is probably the best bet. But I guess after the $10 saving you would still owe them $31.25, so maybe just ask they send you an invoice so you can make payment of $31.25 without needing to send the item back. It's the principle that matters.

      Hi Otakuftf,

Can you contact our Facebook page messenger tomorrow morning? Just mention your request and we will able to refund you $10 after we confirmed your order details.

      Regrads
      BPC Customer service Team.

Sure. Or could I contact you directly via phone tomorrow morning?

  • Should I wait longer or is this the best it'll ever be?

    • It depends for how long you are willing to wait. It will get even better eventually.

      • 3months?

        • I would not expect more than 5% difference to these prices in the next three months, but you never know.

    • There should be ebay discount or Samsung cashback by June-July but if you‘re in a hurry then buy from this deal. I’m gonna wait to get the 980 Pro 2TB.

      • No rush can wait till eofy

  • Hi BPC,
I bought a 128GB SSD from yourselves 11 years ago and now its much cheaper.
Just want to know how you will fix this up issue?
    Kind regards,
    Samworth.

    • Check the box, if it says 'Blazing fast', 'Huge capacity' or something similar, you should be able to get a refund & replacement with their 'Fresh or Free' guarantee.

  • Can nvme PCIE4 cards/drives be used in PCIE3 machines? Asking for a friend.

    • +1

      Yes.

    • +1

Yes but downgrade to PCIE 3.0 speed

  • I lost the m2 screws that came with my Asus motherboard. Anyone know if you can get away without using them?

    • +1

Well if your m.2 SSD comes with the heatsinks it should be ok just using the mounting screw on the heatsink.

      • When's the next pre-built system coming out? Or could you bring back the $1899 Sakura build? Thanks mate

        • Hi Winston,

I've replied to you on the other post regarding your black case enquiry.

For the incoming month, more fancy or great value PC builds will come to market.

Make sure you follow our post, FB or TikTok :)

          Sincerely,
          BPC Sales Team :)

          • @BPC Technology: Thanks for the reply. I was more looking for the pricing and specs of the Sakura system again. I'll keep a look out in the future. Thanks

    • +1

Absolutely you can. The drive can get loose if you move around your PC a bit but will be fine. I had mine unscrewed for a while as I was switching between multiple drives a lot and didn't want to keep screwing/unscrewing between swaps.

  • does then newsletter code still work?

  • I'm selling a barely used OEM version of the 970 Evo Plus M.2 SSD 2TB for $320 if anyones interested.

    • hey interested if this is still available, i can't pm you
