  • I got one of the premium Kogan fans in a very popular deal a couple of years ago and it's honestly fantastic. I never realised how much more air could be moved by a half decent pedestal fan while still staying pretty quiet. I can't comment for this model - but the adjustable height looks like a really great addition.

    • Yeah, I got that particular model as well. Kogan does not sell it anymore. Still going strong. I luv it. think this one is not the same.

      • The panel is different and sounds worse coding to a comment from the last deal. Doesn't have the wheel anymore so you would actually need to beep through to get the speed you want, also doesn't sound like there's as much speed options. I have 2 of the older version and they are great

    • Yeah I got a 1x , pretty happy.
Would be handy if more voice commands were available on Google home & native tuya control (besides on/off). Be nice if remembered what oscillation setting it was on last, ie 90 degrees

  • Does latitude pay do a credit check?

  • My Arlec DC pedestal fan died within a week. Bunnings gave me store credit without the receipt so not a big deal.

I wonder where Kogan are buying these from?

    • China. :)

      • +2

everyone refers to China like it's one guy. It's actually more people than anywhere else.

        p.s. everything comes from china

  • Bought one, let's see how it goes.

  • I bought one of these from Kogan a couple of years ago. Could not work out why I was having so much trouble assembling it. Eventually worked out that box contained base/pedestal of fan model A, while the upper part was fan model B. Was never going to fit together. And then started the ugly returns process that forever ended my relationship with Kogan.

  • Has anyone got this particular version (sounds like previous generation was good) and can comment on if they are a fan?

This ozbargain member made a very comprehensive YouTube review …..

      • Wow, you can't even turn the beeps off?

        • No. But that's not uncommon, same with my kogan 2018 DC fan, and my Kambrook DC fan.

Although, at least with these fans it doesn't make any noise when changing the fan speed.

      • A premium fan where a feature is more speeds but you still have to go around the loop with a single button. Sounds a like a literally bleeping backfire to me.

I do need a quiet fan though just to nudge the air around on these warm nights.
