  • Does direct import mean imported from a seller in another market who also imported it which usually known as grey import?

  • +2

All of those except the Pro can be connected to Alexa just FYI.

I am still annoyed that I can't ask Alexa to turn off my Pro.

    • +1

I can ask Siri to turn off my pro through home assistant

      • I probably can too if I have Home Assistant setup, thinking about it.

    • I have a pro, and can turn it on and off using Alexa.

Connected through the Mi home app and then have the Xiaomi skill active in Alexa.

      • You're probably talking about another Pro?

I have long email chains from Xiaomi official rep telling me it is not supported:

        to [email protected], Joyce, me

I cannot find any information that announcing purifier pro support alexa.

@Joyce Xie can you help to check if Sydney has the product package or manual inside that indicating it supports alexa?

Purifier 3H support google and alexa for sure which is presented on xiaomi website.

In case there is nowhere mentioned that purifier pro support Alexa, then we should not assume it supports.

        Regards,
        Jack

        • Not sure about other Pros, the one I have is

Xiaomi Mi Air Purifier Pro (Global Model) running firmware 1.4.3_9109

So whats the difference between the 2H and 3H

  • +1

with the global version, do you select AUS as your country or still have to use Mainland China?

  • +1

    Cheers OP, bought a 3H.

  • Does anyone else's Pro disconnect from wifi everyday? I need to power cycle to get it back

  • For those who own one of these, are these effective in removing odour? Thinking about getting one to use in our open plan kitchen/dining/living room area to get rid of smell after cooking.

    • not the best for odours - i think you'd want more charcoal based ones for that

  • since they all use the same size filter, how does the Pro offer more coverage?

    • It’s the fan that pushes their air volume, not the filter.

Didn't realise I needed one till I saw this. Just bought a 2H for the bedroom and the Pro for the open living/kitchen area. Can't wait to feel the difference as we suffer from a lot of allergies/hayfever.
