Nerf N-Strike Vulcan EBF-25 Full-Auto Belt-Fed Blaster $36.99 Free Postage

120

Absolutely amazing price for this WMD for the kids.
Massive warning over at Amazon
http://www.amazon.com/Nerf-N-Strike-Vulcan-EBF-25-Blaster/dp…
See reviews there as it seems this weapon has a high failure rate
Anyway this is the top price for a top gun.

Warning:- Needs 6D Batteries (thanks Tihocan)

does any one know if a good nerf wiki exist?

    • +7

      nerf.wikia.com/

man that was hard as, had to go to google and type nerf wiki in and look at the first result….lol

      • -4

i seen that. but i wasnt sure if it a company sponsored site promoting their products. also hadnt heard of wikia

        • -1

Wikia is site where people can create their own wiki-type pages for anything they want. So it's legit (ie. run by users, as opposed to a company).

Besides, if you clicked it and had a read through, you would have discovered that it's nothing like a company-sponsored site

Damn this one has some pretty crap reviews. Seems like a good price i was on Big W online last night looking for one and pretty sure these were at least $40 + shipping. Can anyone recommened which one i should get? My cousin came over yesteray and kept shooting me in the head. He had a pump action single shot, and it only goes about 10 metres. I'm hoping i can get one that shoots lots, goes far, (hopefully hurts him to some degree.) Any recommendations would be great.

      get a slingshot…use marbles..

The vulcan is great…. If you're lucky enough to get one that doesn't die. I would never recommend buying from an online store, but if you buy it from kmart, big w, target etc you won't have any dramas.

Stampede is my personal favourite. Fully automatic & an 18 dart clip. Also comes with two spare clips so you can reload quick. It's always my weapon of choice in family nerf wars. ;)

I've got the 35 round drum mag from the raider on my Stampede.

So it looks and acts like a tommy gun =p

      • +1

Agreed. Stampede is awesome. The new Vortex range is pretty cool too, the discs seem to have a bit more punch than the darts.

    • buy the Nerf Nitron. shoots discs on auto fire. hard :)

    • get some skill?

  • Looks like M60 if it's black colour

  • looks like a good deal but the amazon customer reviews are scary

The original price is terrible. I don't understand how so many places get away with selling it for $100 or more. Even the typical $79 is bad - anything more than $60 is not worth it.

Good deal though, $37 is a good price.

This is a fun suppressive weapon - until your belt runs out. Also, 6D batteries - not cheap after a couple of replacements.

    • wow 6D batteries that's real horror i'll update description with that. thanks

    • "I don't understand how so many places get away with selling it for $100 or more."

inflated RRP i reckon. it's usually around the $60 mark at places like big w, kmart, target

  • The best part is that the belts are fairly easy to join together. So if you buy 4 replacement belts you can make a single 100 round belt :P

  • i picked up one of these at kmart before christmas and it was only $39

Battery's cost as much as the toy, why would anyone buy this trash with reviews like that.(9 for concept shame it's so poorly executed)

    • get rechargeable AA's and some D spacers of ebay

  • I got one of these yesterday. Love it :D

  • If you want to buy local from a store, Target is currently selling the Vulcan with an extra ammo belt and extra darts for $55.00. Toys R Us has it for $49.00 but no extra belt nor darts.

If you happen to have radio control cars/planes/helicopters you might consider converting it to a LiPo (lithium polymer) battery - 2S is standard but have a look at some people using a 4S LiPo on YouTube - crazy rate of fire and range.
