  tempted but i see that the GTR 2 has been out a while now and i can probably get that for a similar price on sale. i'm happy to wait and keep using the bip. I'd have pulled the trigger if it was closer to $100 though, cos it's a stylish watch.

        OK, I have the 42mm GTR and it is OK but may be a bit small for some people.

  was considering this till i saw the price drop on Garmin's Vivoactive3. its got NFC/Garmin Pay too which is super convenient if you're out cycling and didnt bring your wallet with you.

    there is a variant there for $187 which is the cheapest one. not bad. i had the music one a few years ago but i returned it because the battery life wasn't great.
