This isn't a smart watch, it's a fitness tracker.

Yea but it costs more than the fitness watches
It's probably because those fitness sensors don't really cost that much to add, so most smart watches will include them to pad out the feature list.
the accelerometer (that tracks steps) is a fairly inexpensive addon and so are the sensors required for heart rate monitoring.
What makes the watch expensive is the system on a chip, LTE modem, high resolution AMOLED display, the built in hardware and software security for payments processing, waterproofing / sealing, scratch resistance etc.
and tracking sleep? seriously… if i can program the watch so it can inject a particular dream to my brain while i sleep, then yes this is the real useful sleeping feature!

for a person who has high blood pressure genetically… I don't need all above… would be great if got one that can tell accurate blood pressure anytime.

i dont understand why most maybe all the smart watch are heavy toward healthy features.
like do i need to know how many steps i have done? if less so what? walking around the house 30mins at 11pm to reach the target for the day?
i want really smart, nfc, payment, good battery, good screen, more RAM, not those 02 sensor or sleeping tracking.
