$10 seems to be very underwhelming by comparison. A good deal for shopback though. Cheap new signup.

Only really a deal if it stacks with the referral bonus:
$10 for referrer and $10 for referee with $20 referee purchase.
and they can reject your bouns after few months, while you build up <$10 in the account, then, you can't cash out while they got the money from the vendor.

Do you have proof of this? More likely what's happened is the vendor rejects the cashback and SB/CR can't pay it subsequently.
Just so I understand this correctly, it says new customers only. So new customers as in people who have never purchased giftcards from Shopback before?
I read it as only new ShopBack customers who buy a $10 eBay Gift Card as their very first purchase will be eligible for the $10 cashback.
Very limited eligibility criteria, but fine IF you make a new account and can also stack with the signup referral bonus offer.
