  Can you please provide more details of these set up costs?

  Can you also provide which lenders you're working with?

  Also, interest rates for PPOR with offset and cashback structure?

    Set up costs include mortgage registration, and discharge of mortgage. Some lenders charge settlement or valuation fees.

    I am working with most major lenders and over 25 smaller lenders. I do not have access to Online lenders such as Ubank or Athena.

    Please let me know waht is PPOR so I can answer correctly?

  i've contacted the other two or three brokers that advertise on Ozb and yet to get any respone. I even responded to one of their regular
  spam emails, and still nothing.

  better of dealing directly with the banks. IMHO
