There are often better Deals with more Data for less.

Won't give it a neg, but Gomo's app is really buggy (I'm on IOS).
I joined in Jan and it was a headache to activate my sim, you can only activate it via the app or via online chat. When I tried to activate on the app, it kept returning with an error message saying they're encountering technical difficulties, and I had to jump on a very slow online chat to get that started. Eventually the sim was activated.
Yesterday the automatic deduction failed, no reason given (no issues on my end). When I tried to pay manually on the app, same message about technical difficulties appeared. Jumped on the online chat again, and was told to delete and reinstall the app. I did exactly that and still the same error message. They could not give me an explanation. They just took care of it on their end and gave me this month for free, yes free and I should be happy, but the whole chat took about 45mins and it was just painful.
Now fingers crossed I won't encounter the same issue at next renewal.
