    I bought 1x $100 gift card, but now it seems I can’t get a second card with a different email, as others have done.
    When I put in the code it comes up with the error “The BDAY discount code has already been used”.
    Am I doing something wrong or have they changed something?

      Nevermind. It worked fine in a different browser app. It’s been a hot minute since I’ve been on OzB and have clearly forgotten the basics of being an OzBargainer facepalm

      I got 2 cancellation as well but one refund so far. I’ll wait for few more days to see if refund takes time. Anyone has similar issues ?

    I received mine today in a registered post envelope although I didn't get a shipment or tracking notification during the wait.

    My mother (same address) also had an order but hers was cancelled due to suspected fraud, even after she verified her transaction…

    Ordered on the 5th but haven't received the card or any shipping information, anybody else in the same boat? I sent a message to support to ask what is going on since it's been nearly two weeks, so much for 2-3 days.

      Email the support team and ask.

      I had to chase up all my orders.
      2 arrived. But one is still missing due to card verification.

        Yep, just got a response with a tracking link and should be here soon. At least they have quick support.
