I followed this link (expired, and higher clock memory) https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/605919 and saw some lower clock speed memory was on special.

There is quite a few pairs, but many are less than 5 in stock, so won't post them.

Make sure you click the 5% off at checkout, and it shows the new total, at.. you guess it, checkout.

Delivery expected, for Gold Coast, 4 days.

  • DDR4 in title please

  • Are these c16s?

    • C18.

      • Probably not worth it yeah?

        • If you don't do anything sensitive to CAS latency, it's fine.

we need a posting rule to enforce CL in title for RAM bargains. CL18@3600 for this is barely a deal. Better deal (still active at time of writing) https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/602397

  • I have tried 4 Patriot kits now. They all were rated between 3200 and 3600, and all had Samsung A-Die. They all ran very poorly, and required significant tuning to be remotely stable, as XMP just crashed out my Ryzen system. Would avoid.

    • What do you mean by ran poorly? Which Ryzen and MB were you using? I'm considering these for a 5900x + X570 Tomahawk build as the pricepoint is attractive. I don't plan on doing any overclocking

"Poorly" as in "XMP Profiles weren't stable" poorly.

I tested on an X570 Platform with Zen+ and Zen2 chips.
