Yes, option to put code in comes up as you go through the process. I got an email from them and it worked for me. Has to be above $1 spend after discount as OP has mentioned.

Used MARCH2021 today in Sydney successfully. Plenty of restaurants available. Check your settings and/or filters.
weird, it thought i was in Melbourne even though my region was set to Syd. had to change it melb then back to syd
