I don't think these are the best deals. At least one example of better deals on ebay with 2 minute search.

  generaly about a 1-2 years ago the i5-4570 in 4GB/120GB used the be $190 or less - so extra $75-80 (~40%) for these is IMHO not much of a deal :)
  
  plus another $90 on top for the 6400 (w the exactly same speed as 4570) is just nuts :)

you can find cheaper elsewhere, e.g: 16GB RAM with dual storage for $80 cheaper
