No way, it will be similar price if not a tiny bit more for brand spankin’ new . Will be on sale for around the $450 mark multiple times throughout this year, as it always is. Not worth risking accepting dead pixels or scratches unless it was $350 imho.

I wouldn’t even pay $300 if there is dead pixel, it’s customer return due to dead pixel and they are not returning to manufacture but still try to make a profit for it, and only 6 months warranty instead of standard 1 - 2 years

this is a bad deal lol

  • +7

obviously a price error. should be $229

    Wtf $400+ with dead pixels?!????

    • -2

      it can be a small scratch … it's like a lotto …

      • +5

And you are willing to pay $400+ to take that risk when you could spend similar money for new at a deal.

  • Worst deal I've ever seen. Not worth this discount for a lottery crap monitor that someone else felt the need to return.

  • $100 or so more for a brand new one from their site.

  • I bought a refurb Xiaomi 34 from PC Byte a while ago for $399 with no issues. No dead pixels and no scratches on the front of the monitor that I can see.

I bought a BRAND NEW one for $420 from Catch earlier this week though. Not worth the gamble…

Typical of PCbyte to rip off their customers.

So you pay a few dollars less to get a lovely REFURBISHED monitor with a possible dead pixel or two. How is this a bargain? What a crappy deal!!!!

  • I agree with the others, the price needs to be much lower on a refurb for the risk to be worth taking.

  • $250..and i get it.

  • monitor just came today, and monitor shows no display, menu button makes weird noises when i use them and oh yea menu buttons dont even work or show any settings when i press the buttons. amazing deal
