Free - 3 Months Subscription to Google One @ G-One QR Code

1510

Tested working. Can be used on existing Google accounts. Cancel anytime and still keep the 3 months free subscription.

If you get the message, “ It seems that you have used up all your allocated codes.
Please wait for another hour”, change the 3 numbers on the end of the OP link URL address to something random e.g. 432. The 3 digits need to be less than 821.

Do you already have a Google One account? I do, and it gave me the same error. I assume that's the cause…

Works just change the last three digits

  • Do you lose the 100gb after 3 months if you cancel?

      • I believe you meant if you lose your uploaded 100GB data after the 3 months and if you don't renew.

        • +1

if you have more than 15 GB of data in your account, after the plan expires you cannot send any more email from your Gmail

          • @io: That could be concerning to many!

        • That's right. Sounds like you have up to 2 years before they purge your additional data.

cant be used on already subscribed accounts as far as i can see

I pay for space in Google Drive. Is this the same thing?

    • +4

Time to google the answer :)

What’s the difference between Google One and Google Drive?
Google Drive is a storage service. Google One is a subscription plan that gives you more storage to use across Google Drive, Gmail and Google Photos. What's more, with Google One, you receive extra benefits and can share your membership with your family.
How you use Google Drive doesn’t change, so you don’t have to worry about losing or transferring anything.

  • "Can't redeem offer
This account is not eligible for this special offer."

Havent held a Google One account for over 6 months.

  • cheers OP! got me 92 days free. New sub. 125

  • +1

Not eligible on g suite accounts :(

Works on Gmail but don't need it there. Still great deal for those that need

  • Although a good deal and I am subscribed to the free trial, it could lead to issues down the track if you use up 100GB storage and don't wish to renew it after 3 months. Because you won't be able to send or receive emails and could lose the data after 2 years of inactivity!

    • Easily mitigated by deleting excess data.

Here's the page to view your Google subscriptions and cancel:
    https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions

    • If you're on Android you can do the same in the Google Play Store.

Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Google One

  • Dead easy; subscribed for 92 days; used 321. Thanks heaps dealbot !

Just need to figure out why I needed it now 😺

    • +4

You need it so Google can make even more cash with the metadata you create while using it.

  • Thanks for sharing dealbot! But boooo for not being eligible. :(

  • Used 500. Worked. Thanks OP.

  • Account but eligible bummer!

  • Worked for me. Thanks OP.

  • Thanks, got about 30GB photos on my old iPhone and was looking for something like this.

    • Just be careful, they could be deleted a while after the subscription expires.

"if you remain inactive or go over your storage quota for 2 years or longer, all of your photos and videos may be deleted."

Just use the free Google Photos storage (before June)? Unless you need raw/original quality, their high quality is decent for phone pics.

  • Thanks. Changed last 3 numbers and worked. Cheers

  • Worked for me with 123, thanks OP!

Signing up for this and intending to cancel after 3 months is a horrible idea. Once you do, unless you go back under your pre sign up storage limit your account becomes heavily restricted, ie no sending email from your Gmail.

Great for existing users who can get it or new users planning to keep it, otherwise it's a trap (if you're going to make use of it)

    • +1

Instead of this I have just been daisy chaining Drive across multiple free accounts. It's not ideal but it works.

    • Also the 3 month ends just in time for Google to start charging for Google Photos. Hmmmmm

  • +2

If I create a new account and purchase a 2tb sub for one month($12.50), it means I can upload 2tb worth of my data and then I could cancel my sub after a month. My data would remain safe for 2 years during which I can download anything I want to from there but I cant upload anything more. And if I want to upload anything else I just need to repeat this process for one month and then cancel again. And also repeat this process atleast once in two years to prevent my files from getting deleted.

I tried going through their policies and this is what I think would happen? Can someone who knows better than me confirm if this method will work to have a cheap cloud backup option?
    Thanks in advance :D

P.S I'm gonna create a new account just for this storage so that the email and other restrictions wont apply to my main account.

    • I mean, the logic does check out. But you have to keep yourself up to date if Google ever change their grace period policy

      • yea true. but for them to change that policy, they would have to inform users at least 2 years in advance. Cos if they change the policy today, they would have already committed 2 years to someone who signed up yesterday. Checking in at least once a year is totally fine for me.

    • during which I can download anything I want to

Uh OK, let us know how that goes.

These services are usually scams that do not allow large downloads in a reasonable time period.

  • Interestingly, not eligible for my AU account, but it worked for the Indian one, after changing the 3 numbers.

  • Working great, thanks

    Anyone else get this error?

    • Yep me too, maybe we are to late
