actually ended up buying from good guys as it comes down to around $685
    $758 x 0.95 (cashreward) - $5 (bonus) - $20 (lat pay) - 10 (GET10 good guys code) = 685.1

    • Just tried, seems GET10 cannot get further discount for this item in TGG website
But you are right, with cashback and latitude pay at least you can get $695.1

      • oh shit…. ok thought the $10 would work (gave these instruction to my dad)

  • Is it free delivery with eBay Plus?

    • +1

      Unfortunately no
the item itself is not a eBay plus item (which has free delivery)
      C&C is free tho

      • anyone having issues doing click and collect? even after putting the pickup store and adding to cart/buying it says: Unfortunately, this seller won't post to a P.O. Box. Please update your delivery address and try again.

*edit: just had to put another fixed address and then after next step i could choose click and collect

  • No issues with the plastic smell in the dishwasher OP? Keen to pull the trigger on but have read a few reviews about it…

    • +1

a few minor smell in the first few washes (only in the machine, not on the dishes)
after 2 weeks of use no longer smell any plastic

      • Awesome, good to hear! Thanks :)

    • I went for the series 6 (with the stainless steel tub) because some people on product review were reporting the plastic smell sticking around for months which would have peeved me, can't fault the 6

      • I was actually going to buy the Serie 6 a couple of months ago but they ran out of stock! At this price point though I think the Serie 6 with a cutlery draw would be around $400-$500 more?

    • I've had mine for about a month now paid 702 at jb free delivery haven't had any plastic smell

We recently got a Bosch dishwasher with that little cutlery drawer at the top. I thought it was a bit of a gimmick but it's such a fantastic addition. No more being tempted to cram a bit too many knives and forks in the standard cutlery basket. Even compared to a non-crammed cutlery basket, the results are really good. It also does away with the very small but real risk of bending down into something sharp sticking up from the basket.

I'm now going to go away and think about how old and boring I've become, given that I'm now giving recommendations for dishwashers.

Yes, the cutlery tray on the top make a massive difference!!
didn't realise this before I purchase this dishwasher
as my old one was using a cutlery basket too

  • anyone know roughly how much it costs to install and remove old dishwashers?

    • For ones like this it's a simple job that you're likely to be able to do yourself as there are only two hoses (inlet and outlet) and power. The inlet has an electric valve on it so you may have to cut a slightly larger hole than your existing one uses (if it goes through any cupboards). It took me half an hour to have the old one out, the new one in and the first load on. Your council may have a white goods pickup service. That seems to be the way many are going as they try to move away from bulk verge collections.

  • noob question - is it possible to fit a freestanding dishwasher under the bench? Or am I better off buying the ones labelled as 'underbench'?

    • Yes, free-standing can go under the bench. Difference with underbench is the top is usually unfinished. Some free-standing have a removable top to suit the same purpose.

Measure your alcove and consult the manual to see how much room is required. Odds are it will be free-standing sized.

      • Thanks!

  • is this item eligible doesn't seem to be listed in the sale page
