    Yes, they are free but the reports are all from the same source - CoreLogic. These reports only contain sales history of the property (not campaign history), limit of 3 nearby properties for sale, recently sold and rent.

    They give you enough info but not detailed as their goal is to get your details to sell you a mortgage.

    We’re a lot more detailed. More power in your hands as a consumer. We give you all the info for you to make an informed decision.

    We don’t limit the number of properties nearby to do a comparison with, provide detailed demographics on the street and area, and more importantly, how the history of the current campaign (eg. any changes in price put out by the agent over the life of the campaign) which is important when negotiating.

  Property reports are free online. You just need to google. This is just a money grab

    The free property reports only give you enough information to grab your details to upsell you a mortgage. The banks, mortgage brokers etc. essentially get their reports from the one same source - CoreLogic, a large US multinational. We’re based in Sydney and only cover Sydney to provide as much information as we can to Sydneysiders.

    We built Liveable to give property buyers back the power by giving a lot more information that the free property reports give you, and our customers have told us they’ve benefited when it came down to price negotiations with real estate agents, especially since they get to see every price change that was made on the property whilst it’s been advertised.

    Like all the other lenders and home loan providers, Athena gets their report from CoreLogic and have very limited data compared to what we offer.

    The equivalent service we provide is CoreLogic’s actual subscription service - RP Data which costs $148.50 per month.

    Ours is a fraction of that, but the difference being we only cover Sydney and not the whole of Australia.

    Give us a go. Our plans come with a 7 day free trial so there’s nothing to lose. If you don’t think it’s worthwhile, cancel beforehand and you don’t get g charged. We send reminders as well before the trial period is up to ensure customers signing up really get value from our service.
