    Any reviews?

    • Depending on what you’re hoping to use it for (eg standard monitoring, or hooking it up to NAS) there are really good forum topics on options.

For quality, YouTube has a lot of good reviews and footage comparisons (eg compare to Arlo).

I've had one for around 6 months, got it with the solar panel for under 120 from Amazon. Hardware and software are both great for the money, app hasn't skipped a beat. For multi cam and door bell I would look at eufy but if you don't plan to expand much, this is a good option. There's also a 4G version that might be intriguing for some.

I've got 3 of them scattered around my house, mostly to keep an eye on my dogs during the day but one out the front just in case.
There is lag between it picking up motion and starting to record as well as it not continuing to record when someone is in the frame. Seems very hit and miss, you couldn't trust it 100% of the time but I'd say most battery operated cams are like that. If you want something that's fully reliable, get hardwired.
The solar panel generally works well, one out the front gets hammered with motion detection and still stays charged as long as the panel is angled well and clean.

Can generally find them around this price/cheaper than this on AliExpress, shipped from NSW from memory.

  • Does it support onvif/pnp? i want to connect it to my current dvr.

I have one for past year. Works OK, motion detection is a bit iffy can be pain to get it at just the right angle to work most of the time. On the plus side can put it anywhere.

If you have a power socket available the little Wyze cams are good bang for buck.

I think i paid less than this with the solar panel.

  • Bugger, bought last night direct from Reolink for $174, grrrrrrr!

  • what is the length of the cable that connecting solar panel

I've got one of these that is brand new unopened in the box if anyone is interested. Picked it up in a similar deal and just never got around to installing it. DM me if interested (sorry OP).

    • Don’t be sorry. Hope you find a buyer!

  • Can you connect without using paid app?

    • Nope.

      • What do you mean? You can connect with the REOLINK official app and it is free. There is a monthly charge for certain tiers of storage, but they also offer a free monthly subscription of like 1GB I think.

        • Ah yes sorry read the question wrong.

    • It's free

  • Really good cameras. Have 3 need 4

  • PLUSM155 doesn't work $150 with $20 discount applied

Let me know if it still doesn’t work.

      • Comes to $152.99 and when adding code PLUSM155 it says code can't be applied… Cheers

        • Have you used the code five times already?

I just tried again on a fresh account and it works!

  • Do I need a wifi connection to set it up? or can this be done via phone?
Thinking about basic setup for a boat

    • I personally haven't tried this, but officially there is a way you can set it up via mobile hotspot + the app.

After that, you'll just need to put in an SD card and you're good to go.
