  • I wonder if I add a dedicated IP address (1.99/m) that's still considered for the cashback.
It's $80 for 5 years, plus $119.40 for 5 years of dedicated US IP.

    • That was my question too.

I tried before with Cyberghost, and didn't get cashback on the dedicated IP cost, and had to get a refund.

The T&C wording for that offer were as vague as for this offer.

I tried it out & just like with Cyberghost, the only cashback tracked is on the basic plan, with no cashback on the dedicated IP add-on.

One trick that I found is that when you click on the referral link in Cashrewards, it takes you to a St Paddy's deal page by default. This only has a 2 year option as a deal, with 1 month & 6 month as standard price.

In the URL, if you replace /st-patricks-deal/ with /dedicated-ip/ then instead of 2 years, you get a deal on a 1 year option, and also the 6 month option is on a deal price.

This is a better option if someone only wants a dedicated IP for a shorter time period, instead of 2 years or 5 years.

I've a lifetime licence and it seems very slow lately ~30mbit…. using PC client, and OpenVPN in router.. (I have gigabit internet - so its not me :)

  • I have surfshark Netflix in USA servers is very slow to load almost unwatchable, how is this or Nord ? Any better ?

    • i have nord & windscribe both work with netflix multi region both have there moments but 90% ok with me .

    • Pretty happy with NordVPN US. No problems watching US streaming, except for one particular service that has been blocking IPs and making my life difficult.
I can access this streaming using a dedicated IP from TorGuard (I still have 2 months left), but I've had problems with TG speed.

      • Same here. Torguard was great until their latest black friday sales and now they've experienced excess server load but they don't seem to be upgrading their network, at least for aus customers. Nord is way better.

        • Today, I've just noticed it is not TG but Superloop (NBN FTTP). My speed for international servers is terrible, dial-up/ADSL-like terrible… I'm currently on the upgraded 1000/50 plan. Speed in Australia is fine, around 600-700 Mbps, but international servers, including my TG US Dedicated IP, is 2Mbps… I've contacted customer and am waiting for a reply…
