The car was sold below cost price
Note that Toys R Us are not the company we all knew growing up.
A quick google will show that they have MAJOR customer service issues. I had problems with them myself over Christmas where they cancelled an order, didn't issue a refund, and refused to pick up the phone or answer emails. Ended up having to get my bank to reverse the charge.
I think they may have recently be acquired by another company, so hopefully they get back on track. I personally wouldn't be buying from them no matter the deal they offer.

I'm pretty sure they've been bought by Hobby Warehouse. It says on their media page that:

Ended up getting this for $392.60 after the promo code. Just got it delivered, took 7 working days to come from VIC to WA, all in all no complains. Thanks OP.
