Hi, can we use this to recharge?

    • You will get a better offer from boost when you’re close to expiry.

      • Mines expired but I didn't see anything come through

      • I saw someone saying that before, about 2 weeks ago they send through an offer. The wifes acocunt is 1x week away from expiry and mine is 1x month away. Neither of us has gotten any offers atm. How do they send you the offer? Txt, email?

        • +1

Text saying if you recharge before expiry you will get 60gb bonus data for example

          • @MuddyClear: Thanks mate, will have to keep an eye out. Will be nice but the data doesn't really bother me at all so will just hit the $150 recharge when the time comes if not. Or maybe I should get the $99 coles 365 plan. Save $50

            • @knobbs: $50 saving is significant… But if data isn’t an issue then it might come down to if you can be bothered porting out/in.

            • @knobbs: optus..

      • Might* get a better offer. I didn't get anything sent to me before the first year expired.

  • Hi
This is a sim card having credit on it. It's not a recharge card but you can speak to Boost if they can help in this regard.
    Thanks

  • Is this 95gb per month if activated by 29th March?

  • For 12 months

I spoke to a Boost customer service person about converting my $300 sim into credits and he was super rude to me and bluntly said that I was trying to benefit from the offer. He agreed to transfer the balance eventually but he was very unprofessional

      Make a complaint about him

      • My argument is, that if I have purchased a 300 dollar sim card(at whatever discount), it still holds $300 equivalent amount. For a new customer, the $300 value is available, but for existing customers, its not. That doesn't make sense. Than he had no answer,so he agreed to comply

    • Always use online chat. (Type 'agent' twice on their HELP link from boosts webpage to get a live agent, they have been good with me when i have explained how bad my experience has been with call centre and that i am considering jumping ship to a competitor). The call centre staff are always rude and never escalate even though they say they do.

      • Thanks for your suggestion.

  • Does anyone knows if you just ported out off Boost lets say about 15-20 days ago, how soon can you port back to Boost? With Kogan you have to be away for 30 days minimum to get back in.

  • there is a $4 delivery on it

  • How much data do you get if you recharge after 29-03 2021

    30gb for 12 months?

    • I am wondering the same thing. Is there going to be a new offer?
