They already have the new user sign up code for $4 off a $5 purchase or something to that effect.
You can sign up with multiple email addresses to keep using the code. I use it every time I buy something of small value from there and I use a spreadsheet to keep track of it all. It doesn't matter if you use the same payment information, address ect.
I purchased a $30USD item there yesterday and used the new sign up code for the 20th or something time.
And in line with above you can use the same Gmail address to sign up for multiple accounts, just add a full stop somewhere. Eg emails to [email protected] will still go to [email protected]

really? I've tried this but got flagged "there was a security issue"or something similar and my order was cancelled…which payment method do you use?
About a week ago literally just moments after moltenaus posted the '.' trick, which was what I used as well - I've now got that message too and the only way to unlock the new accounts is to use a mobile phone to authorise that account.
Looks like the method to keep getting discounts is now over, it was good while it lasted.

I have added code ALIAN7 successfully. Then I decided to try another code. I clicked "Remove" button and entered another code (which didn't work).
Now I am trying to add code ALIAN7 again and I am getting a message it was used already. But I didn't put any order - I just added it and removed it.
Any way to reset it?

ALIAN11 and AMAN10 no longer valid however ALIAN9 works fine. Probably should have tried halving the cart to two checkouts with ALIAN7 and AMAN7 to save another $5 but meh.

Hope you know there is no customer care for to raise an issue, they don't bother your disputed option and ali will support only thr sellers. Also noticed if you leave bad remark, ali won't show it in the sellers feedback. So if you got some spare money, try your luck
I got a refund the other week for the wrong item sent. I've also made about 10 orders in the last few months and all arrived within 2 months.
The Aliexpress claim took less time and effort than going through a PayPal claim.
Good luck on you, I used to order from ali for a lot times. Now I have realised the ratings on the seller are not trustworthy (mostly made up of no of items sold) and sellers page is fully controlled by seller itself. They decide what feedback to keep (they re edited my feedback).
Seller won't refund full money if they see buyer opt in returning the item. So they always offer you partial refund. Most of the time people accept , seeing the effort of returning the item. But in my case i rejected that option as I don't want the item at all. And I got agreement with him to get the full refund upon returning the unused item. But he later overturned this agreed decision and refunded partially with few dollars. I appealed at Ali, they don't even responded for past one month.
So its clear, what you expect from Ali and how its different to other e commerce sites.
I agree, plus AliExpress support is completely broken.
I recently opened a dispute for a defective item and it said it would give the seller 3 days to respond before AliExpress steps in to help. I didn't get any notification of what was happening with the case until 7 days later when I received an email requesting I complete a satisfaction survey about my experience with AliExpress support. Logged back in to look at the case to find it had closed as it got escalated the next day after I opened the dispute, and AliExpress only gives 5 days to send the return!
Spent ages figuring out how to speak to support because I couldn't figure out how to bypass the stupid chat bot. Fyi, just type "The alimebot cannot help me with my question" and it will give you an option to livechat with a human.
When I finally got through, they said to work it out with the seller, or if that fails send it back anyway and they will open a appeal for me to get the refund. The following day, I received an email notifying me about the case to return the order to get a refund!!
Anyway, I tried messaged the seller, who dgaf, so ended up posting it back at my cost (thank goodness for PayPal refunded returns) and then spoke to AliExpress support to open an appeal, which they then rejected because apparently I didn't return the item in time… they expect delivery of the return in 10 days after approving return…
So now I'm waiting for the PayPal dispute.
