  I bought a couple of Imou 1080p wifi cams a while back for $40 each, they were good for the money but compared to 5mp cams they were a bit of a letdown…

  I wouldn't spend $70 on any 1080p cam unless it had a shit load of optical zoom, lol

  We all have different needs though ;)

  Edit: Also, be mindful these have a 6mm lens, quite a narrow field of view…

  I just bought a Swann swifi-spotcam for my driveway/front door. I discovered that the power cable from the camera is about a foot and then it splits into 3. I mention this because it limits where you can put a camera like this without drilling a big hole in the wall/ceiling. Something to pay attention to especially if you are renting. I've just ordered a Reolink Lumus that has a 3m cord from the camera to power adaptor which allows me to mount the camera under the porch 2 metres from the front door, cable running along soffit and into garage. The Swann couldn't do this. Something to look out for. I can't see the cable length for this camera anywhere in the listing.
