      I'd say either the S21 or the S21 Ultra. The S21+ has nothing to justify for the price difference.

      It doesn't say anywhere that you'll lose the bonus. It only says you'll lose the phones trade in value.

      It doesn't matter when it arrives to them, they only count the date that you post it.

      I placed my order on Friday and it's showing "Preparing Dispatch". Bought S21 Ultra, not sure if that makes any difference, as I read the regular S21 was OOS in some comments here.

          I was just complaining about not getting the $50 voucher and they offered it to me.

          For others in a similar situation - I've done some troubleshooting, it seems not to be deducting the $50 unless I spend at least $300 on the phone itself. I.e. it's deducted if I select the 256GB version, or Samsung care - however it isn't deducted if I add a case worth $50.

          Some said confirmed with Samsung agent if you don't send the phone back they will only charge for the trade in value not the $500 but I can tell.

          S21 Ultra 512

          As I said $200 extra only for S21 not ultra.

            => On this - based on the trade in app i ran against the S8+ it says trade in value $85 and and input the card and all it says is if the phone is not returned - get charged $85, phone is not eligible charged $85 and any physical damage - charged $85

      It all comes to whether you prefer a large phone or a small phone. In my opinion you should be deciding between the S21 and the S21 Ultra. The S21+ doesn't offer anything more than the S21 does (except a larger battery which is off set by the larger screen).

        OK, sorry I missed that. However now I can't seem to add credit card details without actually making a purchase:

        • in checkout, after entering credit card details there doesn't appear to be an option to save them, so that you can navigate to the previous page and add the trade-in code. I only have the option to pay and complete the purchase at full price.
        • in the "My Account" page, there is an option to add an address, but no option to add credit card details. Under "Payment" it just says "You did not add any payment yet"

        Am I missing something here?

        Edit 2: OK I get it, you have to enter your cc details in the trade-in app.

    Completed the trade-up, put in my S20 4G for $815. Added the $200 voucher. Didn't want the S21 5G 256GB to go out of stock before I got the $50 voucher so I just bought it, don't want to be too greedy. Got it for $184 delivered. Still a great deal.

    I think I'm better off not sending in the old phone and just selling it on gumtree/marketplace/ebay for more money. I hope they don't charge back the bonus $500.
