Cashback is eligible on the use of all Pizza Hut promo codes.
Cashback is eligible on pickup and delivery orders. However, orders must be completed online and paid by credit or debit card at online checkout (not in-store). No cash payments.
Cashback is ineligible if used in conjunction with Zip Pay or other 3rd party promotional offers or codes.
Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the Pizza Hut app.
Only valid orders from Pizza Hut will be applicable for cashback. Pizza Hut will decline any transactions found to be fraudulent.

During the 39 hour promotional period, 50% cashback for Pizza Hut is capped at $15 in total per member account, irrespective of the number of transactions made. Valid 09:00am 25/03/2021 to 11:59pm AEDT 26/03/2021.

        My previous Pizza Hut cc orders have tracked, usually within about 5 mins. Why is this time different?

    I guess many, including mine, weren’t tracked, particularly those paid with Credit card. Next time I’ll pay with PayPal as it seems to have better tracking rates judging from the comments here.

  Received notification message on my phone today from Cashrewards promoting todays cashback offer at Pizza Hut which said use Paypal for best results. That suggests to me that CR are aware there is a tracking issue with using credit cards.

  I was charged for the failed and unfulfilled order, no refund received. Can't get through to Customer Service.
