Cashback is eligible on the use of all Pizza Hut promo codes.
Cashback is eligible on pickup and delivery orders. However, orders must be completed online and paid by credit or debit card at online checkout (not in-store). No cash payments.
Cashback is ineligible if used in conjunction with Zip Pay or other 3rd party promotional offers or codes.
Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the Pizza Hut app.
Only valid orders from Pizza Hut will be applicable for cashback. Pizza Hut will decline any transactions found to be fraudulent.

During the 39 hour promotional period, 50% cashback for Pizza Hut is capped at $15 in total per member account, irrespective of the number of transactions made. Valid 09:00am 25/03/2021 to 11:59pm AEDT 26/03/2021.

    2 out of 3 didn't track, and support say you were using the Pizza Hut app or some other random excuse.
    Then have some long processing date, so you forget about it and they can decline it.
    Pass.

      Same to me, twice. I made a dispute and got my $10 for last time though. This is more than just accidental so PizzaHut cashback is no more affecting my choice for meal.

        Same thing happened to me when I paid using my credit card (directly), and I had to lodge a dispute. Previously, (before the last 50% cashback deal where I encountered issues) when there was yet another 50% cashback deal, I used PayPal to pay, and my purchase tracked almost instantly, and I received the cashback. Today, I paid using PayPal, and it tracked almost instantly, which leads me to believe that the tracking issue can be avoided if you pay using PayPal. Even though the t&c states that you have to pay using a credit or debit card, it doesn't explicitly state anything about PayPal.

          I think using PayPal is charged instantly as credit card isn't? I pre-ordered for tomorrow it's not showing in the order history and cashback hasn't tracked.

    Cash rewards is generally pretty good at tracking but each time I've purchased through pizza hut the deals have failed to track, then trying to get their support staff to manage your dispute is like comedy capers as they repeatedly ask for information they already have, it takes so many contacts and so long the cash reward simply isn't worth the trouble!

    Mine didn't track either. Disabled adblocker. Had only one tab open. I've had really bad tracking with CR recently. Never had any issues with SB believe it or not which is so strange considering how many people have issues with them. At least CR have a good claims process…

    Completed the order and went through PayPal. Went back to the pizzahut page and then errored again. Funds taken from PayPal and no confirmation email or SMS.
    Unable to make any form of contact to confirm if the order was successful, phone doesn't even connect.

    Pizzahut pull this crap all the time. Like free pizza via doordash awhile back. Stopped taking online orders. That was a lie as next door got there's when ordered directly at pizza hut I preordered a day earlier for the same time.
