  • This or the G305?

    • I haven't tried this so can't comment objectively. I tried g304(identical to 305) and love it every bit.

Am awaiting for g304 white deal price at around 45ish.

    • +1

      I have both.
      Good thing about G305/304:
      - Ambidextrous
      - Build quality feels a bit more solid
      - Lighter

      Good things about Razer:
      - Bluetooth + USB receiver
      - Thumbrest is quite nice, it's a slightly rubbery material
      - Button clicks are a lot more quiet than the Logitech

The Logitech is the more portable of the two. Overall I like the Razer more, it's more ergonomic and has more connectivity.

      • Thanks, I picked up the razer because I have larger hands!

  • +1

I have this and it's solid. Having the option to switch between BT and USB receiver is rad.

    • Have you used it with an android tablet?

  • +1

Skeptical of Razer mouses since the last Mamba I had exploded in my hand while using it.

      Now that’s immersion

  • All I'm gonna say is this mouse was an insane deal at $88…

  • yep bargain paid about $90 for it a few months ago mouse is solid and battery lasts ages

  • how is the size vs mx master3?

    • +1

Smaller not by much and lighter.

  • I have this and It's pretty good. Having an option to switch between wireless 2.4ghz usb and bluetooth is also great.

I don't like that it needs to install Razer synapse and other processes running in the background and hogging ~200MB altogether though.

Then again that amount is pretty much a nothing in 2021.

    • Ive never had to install the software; what makes you need to?

      • It just download itself on windows 10 once I plugged in the USB. Also, for configuring DPI steps and assigning shortcut to those two buttons near your thumb.

        • Ah, you're on Windows, fair enough.

Downloaded itself? You might have things like STORE and CORTANA still active; worth disabling those if you don't like the automated nature.

    It's $79 @ bigw

I have this mouse. I like this mouse a lot.
    Would recommend.

I use it mainly for using at work and it works nicely.

  • What's the difference between this and the Ultimate?

    • RGB and some kind of special warp drive quantum sensor, honestly not wow'ed, this version already has 2.4Gz mode so its rad.

    Price back up to $77

  • good it went up - tempting but will wait until its below 60 :)

  • Still showing 68 here

  • I have this, if you get this the sleep time is too quick and the wake up time is damn slow. There is a firmware update or some Synapse configuration setting that lets you adjust the sleep time as a workaround but it takes an eon to wake up, just be prepared for this as I didn't do any reading before buying it.
