If it's still in warranty clean that bad boy up and send it off. I sent off an Xbox One S that I kept at my folks place to Microsoft once that had stopped working and they replaced it with a "new" one. It wasn't until after the replacement arrived that my old lady admitted she had spilled a glass of coke on the desk that the 1S was on.

Haha they can't really enjoy them until they're like 6. Not with a controller anyway. Start then and by the time they're 9 they'll be able to play games properly.
It's good when you set it up with RetroArch, costs about $20 to get a development license and then you can sideload it onto your console and play all the retro emulators off a USB drive. XBOX One makes an excellent emulation console and the One X even plays PS2 games nicely.

Same thing happened to me
I signed up for Afterpay and Latitude and both were approved. Afterpay don't do credit checks, however Latitude do. I've seen quite a few people from different latitude pay deals say that they couldn't get approved for one reason or another.
Do they give you a reason as to why you can't successfully sign up?

Anyone recommends the new Xbox headset? Some people said they’re experiencing issues when it comes to voice chat with friends.
I only heard good things about it.

I recently bought them - pretty good comfort, good sound after EQing, good Xbox integration, wireless, Bluetooth, good price. Mic is quite muddy and mic monitoring volume is very low but apparently Microsoft is updating the firmware to resolve these issues. I'd recommend them at normal price and definitely this price as you could sell the controller if not needed.
I’ve had a couple of disconnects but otherwise happy with them. If you need, they can be connected to your console and a bluetooth device (like your phone) at the same time.
Wow! Wish I didn't just buy the headset now. My wife just poured a vanilla latte into my controller 'by accident' too.
