        Why ? It's disingenuous and dangerous to put the liability on retailers for the actions of consumers. In the case of something like guns or alcohol etc it's the opposite and the retailers specifically banned from selling them so the onus is on the the retailer.

        It's legal to own and ride on private property. What's silly is that electric scooters are still illegal to ride in public in parts of this country. Australia needs to get with the times.

  Fairly easy to change the serial number of these, to a US serial, so it can do 30kph (on private property of course). You don’t need android (I used windows)
