              @KOBH: Wow, I just tried this. Can confirm a $9 refund ($49 - $40) from the live chat (to arrive within 7-10 business days). Don't refund the product itself because it will cost $7 out of your pocket to return the item. Go through the live chat.

                @SweetChilliPhilli: Have done this several times before but the current rep is saying it's against their policy which is bullshit. Will try another one I guess.

                Edit - Tried again and received $9 promotional credit without even having to argue my case. How can one be so adamant that they can't do it and the next rep does it no questions asked?

                  @dreamstation: Got a refund also after the rep initially said they would stop the parcel currently in transit (I am still waiting for the game’s delivery) and told me to reorder the game at the current decreased price after the original order is returned and refunded. I told them the parcel has another order in it then how is that possible then the rep relented and made a ‘one time exception’ (their words) to give me the refund.

                  I was ready to try another rep if the first one refused to refund the difference.
