This or 24G2U? The latter costs a bit more but has a much better stand.

$30 shipping for the Acer VG252QP, might as well go for the Acer Predator XB253QGP ($279 delivered) or AOC 24G2U ($269 delivered), only $20 more but have much better stands.Don't see mamy review on tge XB253QGP though but the design looks decently good
Yeah it looks good and from the few "professional" reviews and many customer reviews I've seen it performs well too. At $279 it seems like a good choice, I was looking through forum posts and people a year ago were talking about it being about 300 Euro or 280 GBP (nearly 500 AUD!!!) so for this price it seems great. The reviews below say the AOC 24G2U is a better buy but only because it is significantly cheaper (about 100 GBP or 180 AUD) than the Acer (in overseas markets), but if they are about the same price I think the Acer is the better of the two, which is the case here in Australia.

Would you recommend the XB253QGP monitor over the Alienware for about 70 bucks cheaper? I just play League of Legend thought so 240hz is not much different from 144hz
@JZXc: Are you talking about the AW2521HF? I think it is hard to beat the AOC 24G2U or Acer VG252QP in this class. These comprehensive reviews for each monitor are quite in-depth, at least check out the positives and negatives at the end and read the conclusions.
