  Kinda. David Jones is giving up a level with Kmart moving into the vacant space. The area vacated by Target is likely to be redeveloped. No details yet.

The 10m was long on clearance for $5

Bought a few 10m when they were on clearance for $5.

I went in a few days ago and they had the 10m for $3 and the 5m for $2.
