its a similar case in NSW i think, some stores have them some do not.
due to this variability in stock levels, I thought i would post this - you pay a $5 premium (from what i can see for areas ive put in for delivery) for convenience and potentially saving you from driving around store to store.
Why are there so many refurbished Kindles? Does Amazon just hand out new ones to anyone who returns a faulty Kindle? Then ships the returned ones to the colonies?
Who knows, all I can say is that my refurbished kindle keyboard is indistinguishable from a new Kindle Keyboard.

Bought one of these for the mrs for a xmas present (from BIG W). Went down a treat. Looks & feels brand new. Need to get one for myself eventually.
PS: BIG W deal was same price but with free delivery i believe (wait, maybe not, cant remember heh)
