    Are we sure its targeted?!? Doesn't targeted usually mean the code is sent to only certain people and won't work for anyone else. This one seems to be generic? Its advertised on their website for all to see. Correct me if I'm wrong but that was my understanding

  Code worked for me, but the quote was about $100 more than budget direct's, so I guess the advantage is the 10% off shops.
