  I’m still yet to pick up my fifty free photos from the last deal about two weeks ago. Turned out it was ready because they printed in store but never sent a ready for collection email.

    I've used thier last two 50 free photos, both times "we" mucked them up. My fault I guess (I was printing a home-made image). But thier software shows what will be cropped etc, but nope, the crop elsewhere.
    So 2 trips to HN to pickup some handy note-taking cards with rubbish printed on the back.
