        Discount limit various.

        15% has 300$ limit and 12% has 500$ limit . May be if anyone buys more than $2500, 12% makes better bargain

          I was burned by that the other day thinking the limit was $2000 per transaction!

      It's entirely up to the seller whether they accept PayPal.

      If you're a non-managed payments seller, you choose how buyers pay you. In most categories, you must accept either PayPal or credit and debit cards.

    After all the marketing, advertising, subscription models, effectively free eBay plus and what not, eBay realises that the 10% off sitewide they used to provide 3 years ago still is the most popular offer for everyone and are forced to bring it back.

    Looks like this is replacing the PLUSFL15 promotion, as in lesser discount now and from store sellers that previously had that code. Does not work for private sellers and small stores, at least all the ones I looked at. Oh well, let's see what next Tuesday brings…
