As ridiculous as the marketing looks for these phones, I've (very briefly) used one and they are pretty capable devices. Especially for the price in comparison to flagships.

  camera in xiaomi's are very good, I have a 9t pro, always happy with the shots and the wide angle lens is a bonus

  If you see a macro lens on a phone, that means they really don't care about the cameras. There's no OIS on these and processing probably isn't top notch.
