    Anyone tried to load the digital card to apple wallet? I click the link but it asked me to download the app. Then the app asks for the verification code via SMS. Tried 10 times but Haven’t received the code yet.
    Any other way?

      So I had a chat with their customer service. The activation code is the customer reference in the SMS.

      In the app, select 'Create account' then put in your phone number and the customer reference number from the email. Just did this and it worked. :)

          You should get an email to convert it into a gift card. Once you go through with that, it'll send you an email to add the gift card to the TCN wallet and then either Google or Apple Pay.

        It shouldn't. I bought 4 exact same cards with the same personal details/same receiver except for a slightly modified buyer email each time and all 4 came through instantly.

        Wondering if it's just overloaded at the moment as more and more people are buying.

          I can’t get the app working. When I open the link in the email, it just says my balance is 0 and one SMS was sent to my mobile with a link to open APP store

            @Capt0083: I didn't use the app this time. I'll redeem it directly for the store I want as I want to use it to purchase online.

            It should work though as I've done it into the app previously. Someone else doing it now might need to help with the app.

              @Devil: Their instruction is so confusing. I only click the link from email to get the card. They sent me the SMS with a link to open the app. Nothing else. How do I redeem the card with the shop directly?
              I called their support but he said he will resend the SMS but it has been another 30mins passed. Nothing happened. I feel so frustrated with them.

        There are many LAYBUY10 orders which are waiting confirmation, your order happens to be one off them
        Your payment hasn't been captured yet, as we are waiting for a fraud system to pass or reject your order. This should happen over the next 24 hours so please be patient

          They didn't ask for any details at JB, they just scan your bar code. It shouldn't matter as it's a gift card, so pretty much anyone should be able to use it.

        Probably because of exposure limits or fraud prevention. The digital cards are prepaid mastercards with merchant ID restrictions. So wouldn't be surprised if either the allocation via mastercard has been exhausted and waiting for renewal or there's a volume limit per month/set cycle.

          Might also limit their risk against accidental pricing errors which might cost them big time. It’s possible that if too many are sold in a short period they have an algorithm to stop the availability.

    Can't get SMS code to verify phone number. Right now, my $100 gift card is just a link in a text message. Have emailed them, hopefully TCN fixes this up soon.

    Nvm, the customer reference in the SMS is the activation code. Worked well after that.

        but once converted it depends on the merchant (eg. TGG and JB dont expire)

            For now, you're just buying whichever card you want, which you can redeem at a later time.

    Anybody who has one of the gift cards tried it on a retailer that is included in one of the other cards? eg would a Him card work on Ebay which is included in the Online Card?

    I have heard with some branded giftcards they actually work more widely, and I thought I would check here..

      Called TGG and they confirmed that only 2 GCs are accepted in one transaction

        They've fixed it to $102 now after a quick chat with their fb reps. They talked directly to their financial officer about how dumb their set limits were.

      Junk promotion from a junk business. Online gift cards aren't instant. Processing fee for digital gift cards. Allows you to add out of stock cards into your card before telling you they're out of stock at checkout. Online gift cards run out of stock (just generate more FFS!). Let's you know the $500 limit only at checkout, just to really drive in that last F U to the customer.
