    Can't see why you wouldn't just buy a 5800X at that point. If you don't care for PCI-E 4.0, then 10850K is a better value too and faster.

    5900 or 5950 have never been at RRP for months.

  Well currently the best and realistic (price wise) CPUs are 10400F/10600KF/11600KF/10700F/11700F/5600x/5800x/3600/3300X, these are very nice processors for both productivity and gaming. And if the 20% off sale comes back on ebay, 11700F is particularly a very nice processor.

        15% off PCByte via eBay Plus made it ~1238. If you used 3% eBay vouchers it works out to be ~1201. Was only up for about a day.
